Carver M400 Triac

Hi,
I'm trying to fix a M400a unit and it seems that the PSU Triac (part number Q2025Z5) is faulty. it is very hard to get this item in my area (ISRAEL)😕
Can someone please point me where it is possible to get such a part or it's equivalent
Here are the Triac specs:

ITSM 225 amps
IGT 50.00 mA
VGT 2.50 volts
Operating Temperature -40 to 110 C

Also looking for a replacement Triac for my M400. Did the recommendation for a BTA41-600B work? I am no Triac specialist, but it seems you'd want the BTA40-600B in order to get the TO-3 packaging to match the original.
