No sound on a CTX EZPro 550

Trying to help my Dad out. He just acquired a CTX EZPro 550. The video works great, but he can't get the audio to work. So he has great projection, but no sound. 😕

Most Likely his problem lies with his audio source, have him try to connect his sources audio to a headphone or a line level in of a streo. I don't know why anybody would use the 550's internal sound system to begin with as it is pretty bad.

So how should he configure the sound? Can you give me a step-by-step. I don't have a clue and my Dad is even more clueless. 😱 We really need help. Thanks!
