may I ask what the output devices are? and what IDSS/VGS range for the JFETS? I am making an order at BDENT and the shipping from them is not cheap, so I would like to get as much as I can with this order
The JFETs are, as described in
Dispre 2 - JFET english
2SK170/2SJ74, with Idss in range 4 - 9mA, but all matched to +/-0.2mA for 8mA devices or +/-0.1mA for 4mA devices.
The output transistors are BD139/140. The rest are BC550/560.

thanks, yeah I saw the devices, but couldnt find a specific reference to the IDSS matching range. dont know whats up with zoufang, hope he returns, such a batter deal than elsewhere
Dispre 2 jfet board + PS board + matched jfets have arrived !
thanks Pavel.
Dispre 2 jfet + Carlos DX Blame ES = master reference integrated amp ? =)
thanks Pavel.

I am glad it has arrived quite fast in Malaysia, it took just one week.
Regarding those who asked me for PCBs for a true balanced version, right now I have just 4 boards for sale. I will contact the guys who wrote me by e-mail. Any questions or requests please address to macura at centrum dot cz.

Pavel, do you still have some balanced pcb available. I have interest in 2 (with 2 PSU pcb's).

Harold,
I have produced 8pcs of balanced PCBs and sold them out all. In case there are more customers interested in these boards, I will produce them again.

Best regards,
but i could use single ended boards to construct a balanced setup as well, or not? LAthough i am still interested in balanced boards if you have more buyers.

I would use my stepped attenuator anyway. I have a nice 46 step now which i use in a "passive"pre amp.
So when using single ended:
1) For my pre amp, fully balanced i would need two SE boards and 1 PSU.
2) For my headphone amp i would need 1 SE board and 1 PSU
Can you also supply the matched FET's with the PCB's? How can i order?
regards,
Harold

Yes, I can sell the matched JFETs as well. Right now, even my SE PCB stock is getting empty. I will order new boards immediately after 1st of January.
To place an order, please send me an e-mail (on my web page or thru PM here /I have only e-mail PM activated/). I will let you know when the boards are produced.
Thanks,
Also interested in a balanced PCB if you decide to produce them again.
/U.
Thanks, I will let you know.
Regards,
Pavel,
did you ever use the ALPS in shunt mode with these boards. Would also be an advantage for the balanced boards, you would only need a stereo ALPS. I do this in my cross over, works very well and pot is not in signal line.
Looks like this
(+)IN---R1---------R1 ---OUT(+)
|
R2 (id needed depends on pot)
|
10k ALPS
|
(-)IN---R1---------R1----OUT(-)
regards,
PS the ALPS is now replaced by a stepped attenuator because the channel matching of the ALPS is not good enough for me.

Harold,
yes, this is one of the possible options. One of my customers is doing that same way.

Dear Pavel,
do you have boards available at the moment? Could you send me a pm with the cost (including shipping)?

Dear Pavel,
Do you have this board available at the moment? I want to build this DISPRE 2-JFET and I would order 1.
Could you send me a pm with the cost (including shipping)?

Hello all,
The limited number of Dispre 2 - JFET boards (with minor changes in pseudo-balanced output, black solder mask and white silkscreen) is now in production and will be available soon.
