What diameter port is in the box? Can you scare up 6 litres of bricks or equivalent for each cabinet?

Stuff a 2.5" id chunk of PVC 5.7" long in (after you find the "bricks". Port diameter is smaller than you'd really like, but a better compromise.

Socks are not solid. Blocks of wood, cans of paint, kids solid plastic blocks...

I'll just head down to the local lumber store tomorrow and have them cut me pieces for 14L BR. My tools and space are limited but I do have a plunge router.

Is a roundover still recommended with a FR this size?
