Be realistic, Nelson is not in parts selling business. Listen, there are already Semi South available power jFets to be purchased. We are not even remotely "there" yet, in terms of use of available and existing Power jFets. Not to many schematics, not too many experiences shared, not too many mods... So why hoping for unobtainable, when available ones are not explored that much. The ones that I tried sound exceptional. Try them first.
I think it's great that he was able to define parameters for the part that he wanted as well as finance the development and production of the proprietary part. Besides...now he can save few bucks and get something other than a Ferrari.

While looking at BAF photos, there was something that caught my attention: BOB, actually its backside... 😀
I noticed something that looks like a simple first order passive crossover, with just a coil and a cap. Wouldn't be surprised to find out it's a simple series one... 😱
100 uF high pass , 12 mH low pass
Also, I put 0.25 mH in series with the Lowther PM6C
to trim the top.

A few years ago you posted a 1m - 1/3 octave response plot for the Seas Exotic X1 fullranger that was remarkably flat for something with a whizzer.
How wide was the baffle? I can dig around and find the post if you want...

How big are the wings? I'm assuming BOB is the one that had the Seas prototype in it and not the Feastrex. Sorry I didn't make it this year but am glad a good time was seemingly had by all.

BOB is the Big Open Baffle, what started out to be a nice
little article that has turned into War and Peace.
At BAF the SEAS driver had its own baffle 24"w x 72"h
with 15" wings.

So BOB at BAF was the 2 way with the minimalist passive crossover and the interchangeable baffle. Got it.

You can always get a top-end Ferrari once you make those fets available to other manufacturers...😀 or maybe you don't have to
