hi,i have a sony dav-s800 home entertainment system.when i turn it on it keeps going into hp theatre mode without sound.i have went through the manual and cannot find anything with hp theatre. any ideas. jhaye2x
Could "HP" perhaps mean headphones? Anything plugged into the headphone jack?
If not, I would try unplugging the unit from the wall for at least ten minutes, then try it again. Might be just an erroneous setting from a static discharge or something.
