About the book,it seems almost impossible to get it in english!
it is a pitty because is a good book,explains lots of things about tubes and schematics, and has a nice project for a OPT ,with all calculations and practical way to make it!

This book was indeed published in English. Very Useful too in its day.
Look in all the usual places: eBay, amazon and used book dealers on the web. It should not be too difficult to find, TTBOMK it is not rare at all.
