In order of easiest:
If you have a spare tube try replacing V2 left. Then swap left and right see if the fault returns.
Check carefully for a broken connection where the socket connections go into the insulator.
Sometimes tube socket contacts can break inside the socket "you can not see this".
If you still have the fault change the socket!
If fault persists change C3.

Get some contact cleaner, clean the contacts, and retension the pin sockets.
Old tube sockets nice arn't they🙂 If you have a crack in the socket it might be arcing/leakage between pins just a thought!
