I'm gobsmacked - I have a similar design on my drawing board - only with BJT outputs. Maybe not the same, I'm looking for the trafo to be my voltage amplifier - or maybe it is the same ? I have two Broadcast quality transformers waiting on hand... now I know I'm on the right track 😀

what I meant is "my favorite " - repeater coil 600:1200 , toroid nickel core
Seems nice, but that much Pawadoro is just too much for me. Less Pawadoro, please ! 😀

The fact is the Iron Curtain was melted and made into distortion free transformer cores...and some made it to NP's warehouse.
