Has somebody used PCBCart for PCB production ? This is chinese company and offers PCBs on very low prices even in small numbers compared to PCBExpress and PCB123.
For instance 4 double sided PCBs (4" x 6") with solder mask costs about $14 per board (without the shipping costs from China).
I wonder what is the quality of the PCBs produced by PCBCart..

Just remember there's a "tooling cost". I tried for fun to make a request for 10 single side boards, each one 42x75mm, and the "tooling cost" was 110$
The boards were cheap though.

And to some countries on top of that sales tax and customs! Nevertheless, I have samples from them and the pcb's looks excellent

www.cograpro.se is cheap. From 525 SEK and they will have the pcb ready in less than 8 hours! The deliver also worldwide.
If usually fab in /fab out time less than 8 hours
perhaps the process is simplified or perhaps simple printing machine process used, enough for hobby users.
far from enough for professional purposes....

I have been pleased when I used them a few times to make prototype boards for consulting jobs.I've been happy with PCBfabexpress.
Reasonably cheap especially if you are not in a hurry.

I have found a good, reliable and fast turnaround chinese supplier and had great service.

Hi,
up to now I´ve been very confident with PCBcart. Excellent contact and support, prices are ok if You order in sufficient numbers, delivery was always in time. Board quality was always very high. They can manufacture really thick copper (140µm) and thick silver finish).

I've dealt with PCB cart for 3 orders now. all are very good, no problems so far although lately I think their price has increased a bit.
re: papcb.com - a quick look in their site and you see the "pcb direct sale from china" and "start quote" picture is the same as pcb cart. I can't see any 'about us' links so I'm not sure if they're related or that papcb.com webmaster isn't that creative in making their own layout so they did print screen or something.

Why have a thick silver finish?? you cant realy solder through it.
For SMD and DIY ENIG will give best shelf life, also acceptable for PTH.
For through hole designs lead free HASL will do, and is probably the cheepest, not reccomended for SMD boards though.
OSP again for DIY avoid, limited shelf life, storage problems, same with immersion TIN and immersion silver, shelf life is limited.
Of all the finishes I use and prefer ENIG, good shelf life, good solderbility and nice flat pads for SMD.
