The tray will not open or close. If it is helped a little with a finger I will move, but not without....
It could lack some oil or lubricant? What to do?

Loose part inside...
When I opened the played a part was loose inside. With a little shake it fell out. It was a little metal pin or axle....2mm in diameter and 10-11mm long....with hard surface...like a capstan axle on a cassette player.
Anybody know what it could be? Possible a part of the tray mechanism?
