Here is an input pair design. the shaded area is the most susceptible to flux trapping. Keep time varying currents away from this, and make absolutely sure the FB ground is not starred at the star ground, but that it goes to the input ground directly on circuit. If the input ground is far away from the FB ground, chassis currents will couple.
