I was kidding, I'm not so sad (just a bit), only very impatient to test it. My project is to build a high-end Squeezebox based on a BBB with Russ hardware and Squeezelite software.

Thank you, Russ.
Congrat for your good job !

Is there a message somewhere which summarize the different possible configurations (i.e. : with these clocks, you can handle those bitrates, etc) ?

Thank you! Brian and Miero deserve a good bit of the credit too.

With 22mhz 24mhz clocks you can do up to 192khz - the clocks need to double as sample rates double.

Cheers!
Russ

We have opened up orders again since this boards I am ordering will be arriving about the same time the first batch is being built the delivery date for the second batch will be a bit later (check the site) to give Brian time to build each batch.

Any chance of a BOM in the near future, since there is the offering of the lone Hermes-BBB boards?

Yes - there will be a BOM on the site soon. Actually all of the PCB design files will be public too once we figure out where we want to put them.

Just for you to wire them up. There are two I2C headers - one is isolated (normally used for controlling a DAC) and one shares common GND from the BBB (for things that don't connect to the DAC - like a display, port expander, etc).
