A 6CA4 is an EZ81... the Rogers tube is a Philips, so is just badged 6CA4 for the North American market... out of interest where was it made (the 1st character of the 2nd row of little codes near the bottom of the tube). I can't quite make out the code from your pic... my first guess based on what i can see is that it is a B = Mullard Blackburn plant.

Are the other tubes also Rogers/Philips?

What do you mean by ""repurpose" My dictionary (book) and internetdictionary does not know that word.

If you mean were i get that box, it was by accident, shopping in a
hobbyshop. The original purpose of the box is unknown.
 
this is my beauty....
