KT120 PSE Aikido Drive

Some months ago I asked experts opinion on KT120 PSE with aikido drive... not to much feedback… seems not too many peoples have experienced with. Therefore I decided building it. My target was not only a good sounding amplifier but as well a unique design, classic, warm and beautiful. Today is almost ready – still missing part of power supply, slow start and driver heating DC supply. Until will be ready I post some pics… … (Veneer is “Koralenfurnier” and French polish). More comment will follow when ready.. results, listening impressions etc...
Best regards to all…

KT120 PSE

Keepsake10: Absolute fantastisch! I like the "all-wood" design. One question; why dual KT120? What's the OP Leistung?
I will use KT120 in a simple SE-design later.

SE design is known as a good performer at low power and a very good match for sensitive speakers. As my speakers are not the best, I wanted a little more and enable this amplifier driving almost any speaker - therefore PSE configuration.
The OTP is rated at 70 W...
