Board size is 2 x 6 inch
You can choose to mount Push button switch, Infrared receiver, Led status to Back site of cpu&socket for convenience installation.

"No disc" are two words.

Yes, of course.
Right now I use with ASUS CDROM CD-S520/A and test with
old pioneer 16x cdrom, it work quite well.

I plan to make my own diy Cd Transporter with Top Loader.
If finish I will post it here.

the price seems right, and it could make for a kinda cool player. although, im not sure how you would get audio out of the IDE device?
