What are you referring to by "non-cascoded outputs"?
If this is about the stacking used in this "super" leach, then you may not be actually seeking the super leach but rather the regular leach amp.
That super leach's outputs aren't actually a real cascode arrangement, but more like a "totem pole", with stacked devices to allow using lower Vce0 capable devices on higher rail voltages.
Nowadays with those high voltage devices, there is no real "need" for this totem-pole arrangement.
