tiefbassuebertr,
your work is appreciated, however, not many of these would I characterize as excellent for voltage amplification.

this is the reason, why in some cases I get better results by amplifiers, that works with lower voltages.
Unfortunately, there are not many high-voltage transistors with very low input capacitance and high factors of combined with high fT

Has anybody got SPICE models of the Sanyo 2sc3953 and the NEC 2sc2682 transistors? There were Fairchild clones of these transistors available for while (ksc3953 and ksc2682), but I can't find their SPICE models with Google. If someone has the models, I'd be grateful if they're posted here - TIA.

Default KSC2682 and KSA1142

I know this is an old thread, but here are the models for KSC2682 ( same as 2SC2682) and KSA1142 (same as 2SC1142) I design amplifiers for a living, and know what a frustration it is to get decent models. These are configured for LTspice but can be saved in notepad, or changed to .lib or .mod for Spice use.
