7"VGA Lilliput + 400w MH project

I'm building my second projector with this:

7" VGA Lilliput car monitor
400w MH mogul base bulb
90mm diam 100mm FL PCX lens as condenser
ACE's, cutted to size fresnel lens unsplitted
First surface mirror (not arrived yet)
240mm FL Fujinon Copy Lens

I'll be posting some pics to share on this amazing forum.

Thats are the core components.

Now I'm working on air exhausting, and focusing mechanism while waiting for the FS mirror to arrive.
The enclosure is almost ready.

So I hope to be posting more as the project advance.

I'm testing it with a normal mirror (offcourse with 2 horizontal shifted ghosts images) but it performs very well !!
I'll be posting results as soon as the FS mirror arrives.

The ballast and ignitor goes as an external "power suply", making the unit more compact and less weight.
The ballast I have is too big and too weight , so I´ve decided to put it outside on a small cabinet with a main switch only for safety purposes (because the lamp switch will be on the proyector case)
