can i use local drivers available at my place with your suggested designs or these are intended for use with brand specific drivers ?

Suggested designs will work OK with most of local PA drivers.

please explain the out of phase system speaker system like jbl you mention in another thread.
is b500,h900 already out of phase amp?

Yes, phase is important for low frequency, and most active x-overs have phase invert switch for subwoofer out.
