Please clarify for me.
Is the heatsink needed for the top FET only? The bottom FET does not need heatsink? Will it work with IXTP01N100D? |

it works with IXTP01N100D (TO220) that needs to be heatsinked and DN2540 (TO92) that does not require the heatsink: that is the lower FET
