Please clarify for me.
Is the heatsink needed for the top FET only? The bottom FET does not need heatsink?
Will it work with IXTP01N100D?

it works with IXTP01N100D (TO220) that needs to be heatsinked and DN2540 (TO92) that does not require the heatsink: that is the lower FET
