Hi meanman1964.

No, as Carlos mentioned, this PCB has not been built or tested. I will one day, but my workshop/office is being rebuilt currently so this will have to wait a while longer.

If you are electronically adept and can handle some troubleshooting, go ahead and build/test it. If you're inexperienced, I would recommend waiting until it's tested and announced as such.

Cheers,
-- Todd

Default No one has built the 55V version dear Meanman...so...we cannot give you guarantee

The HRII sounds very good...has more bass than the Dx Blame ES, but loose in the distortion (audible) at high frequencies.

A good idea is to apply that 330 to 470pf capacitor from VAS colector to ground.

Carlos my friend,

I'm following this thread now.

I'm interested in the HRII, but will build Bame ES first. I have already bought the toroidal transformer and will soon start etching the boards.

Hopefully, I will be another happy owner of the DX Blame ES.

Thank you!
