Here are the measurements of the JG Filter-Buffer.
The maesurements are done at 4V P-P.
The first measurement is done with the coil jumpered. I wanted to find out if the coil adds distortion. That is obviuosly not the case at this level the second measurement shows where i measured the other channel that has the coil in the signal chain.
This buffer has another character then the B1, less second, more third.
On the other hand reducing the 4V P-P by 3dB ( third picture ) the distortion is so low that i reach my maesureemnt limit. It is cetainly of a monotonic character.

Thank you very much Joachim! How did you power the Buffer for your measurements?
As mentioned in this post I really like the sound. With a +/-15V supply and a higher impedance headphone (100Ohm and 9V are a bit tough for the buffer
) I liked it even more. I am currently about to finalize the second version of the board. Maybe we can listen to it together at the Frickelfest

I uses fresh NiHybrid cells. They had a voltage of some more then 10V each.
Driving the buffer with + - 15V will reduce the distortion a bit.
I loaded the buffer with 10kOhm and drove it with 50 Ohm.
If more juice is needed the buffer can be "pimped " with two aditional transistors.

This is the deal, and that was it from the beginning (told it before). The amplifier will first go to FF and after I have 'independent' information about it's qualities I will decide to publish or not. Keep the fingers crossed.

(Grey thing is not a home, but a swimming pool, with shower+crapper, even has surround audio. At the left of the trailerpark bath house, Jacuzzi + solar-heating. In my case, that would be a jac-co-zy)
