NoGuess you're not building it out of Baltic? Most suppliers carry 5x5 only for Baltic.
I forget to ask is it ok to add bracing to the box.
What are you going to use?
Marine grade?
After working with Baltic, and other lesser plys, I since have willingly paid the extra $ for Baltic because it is a joy to work with. (machines nicely, cuts easily without too much splintering, sands to a nice finish very quickly, very few voids etc etc)

Arauco ply
I've never used it, but it looks like a nice wood...
AraucoPly, MORE THAN JUST A PRETTY FACE - ARAUCO
I would deff. add bracing throughout the cabinet, the way bracing was suggested in the TH-18 thread...use triangular cutouts to minimize volume of the braces, and to transfer loads through nodes in the braces.

Any suggestion on the type of bracing to use inside the 6fold
Thanks

Hi Kornylike
Checked out your cutlist
Part 4 Which I guess is the top panel is short (Suggest 32-25/32")
Part 15 Top Back reflector is missing
Sheet 2 of the drawing is labelled with numbers for reference to cut list and angle sketch added.
Regards Xoc1

I was going to ask about the angles a couple weeks ago while cutting the test box panels, but didn't have internet access. Glad I figured it out (exc the sharp S1 angle piece - I waited on that one).
I got sick the other night, so I'm hoping to get my test box together very soon (after the weekend perhaps).
Kornnylike, are you building yours with the 2:1 compression baffle cut out or an open baffle?

Crescendo
I will be using the 2:1 compression baffle cut out and I am also under the weather.
Flu with headache
fyiKornny any updates? I have four 18nw100 for this design waiting for dry weather
just simmed the 18nw100 .
it works great in this sub ,you can put a high pass at a verry low 25 hz with this driver.
i think cressendo bild a couple of them.
