XO powersupply PCB board diagram

The LM317 regulator is now installed and working. I'm just really worried. The output voltage is now over 6 volts!!! Any ideas why the voltage is much higher than it should be. The resistors are 240 and 720 so the output voltage should be 5 V.

Hi,

The XO decoupling cap should be closest to the XO gnd pin
