a nice osprey nestcam from Scotland

We got one a bit up the coast. The ospreys built a nest ON the live wire. Power company threw a rubber sleeve over. But rain got in the wires, burnt the pole down, power out all day.

So the power company moved the wires to a new pole, put a platform on the stub of the old pole, and a web-cam so we should feel-good about our power.

That chick was not hatched a month+ back. Now the little squawk is near as big as the parents.
The parents sit on that platform well into December. They get a great view up and down the mudflats but it must be rugged up there.
