The Pass Pub: The High-End Off Topic Thread

Magura, I would be willing to donate and send over a set of drivers. None of these might be ideal for a rockin lady.
I have Mark Audio CHR-70 2nd generation, and a mismatched pair of full range Radio shack 1354, imitation fostex FE-103s, unused. If someone can build her a cabinet, or has one, that might be of interest.

Thanks Tea,

I think the "stereo donation" stuff may be better off in a separate thread, so could you please chime in here:

Then let's see if it will be possible to mix and match a working stereo.

Thanks again

Magura :D

so,the guy in front of me at the supermarket is making small talk with the
cashier and the owner of the market. the owner asks him 'have you got
your xmas shopping for your wife finished?' the guy replies 'i was
going to get her some perfume but i figure a can of 87 octane along with
a side of bacon oughta work'

Nothing like Vermont Rednecks.:D

so - if you are curious where is Papa these days ..... I can pass unofficial info I get from my secret PL source ;

so Papa was there , along with his spitting image , Gall friend , called Aspirinix :

sorry but that's nothing compared...

I had today a pre-x-mas-english-diner
Harrods christmas pudding with brandy
together with
Harrods brandy butter (there is no butter inside)

I first had the urge to describe my (our) impressions, the feeling of victory after the second spoon,etc...
But all that failed ... so just the pic :

Oh yeah, then tell him to stir the pot faster, a whole lot faster.

We is turning into Ice Age 5 overhere, and my cojones are starting to dance the rumba.
Next thing you know that sabeltooth squirrel character will show up, looking for frozen nuts !

No worries, both the scrat and a few of the others, are here for the recording of Ice age 5.

Exactly 2 km from where we live, it's the place in Denmark that is as far as possible from the sea, which results in mainland climate, and then some.

Yesterdays morning we woke up to -23C, today I had a nice long walk in
-12C.

Fact remains though, that I can't recall when I saw a more beautiful scenery.
