Currently the most popular TV chef here, got to meet him when he was into selling clean meat to the restau business, a number of years before he started his 1st own place in '93.
Most other cooks in the food bizz i know are real chefs and much shorter.

here's one more then
hard to find good ice cream
and the only industrial ice cream I care eating is plain vanilla ice cream
I really do like chokolate ice cream tho
but the industrial one, its just crap

throw your own chopped chokolate into it
lots of it
take a spoon, and voila

good quality dark chokolate really takes the average ice cream to another level
and its real easy

Vanilla is the only real ice cream. Whatever you add is up to you. Personally I add smoked almonds.

Belgium -- they make a darned good frite over there.

Should be, folks there have it at least 4 times a week on average.
