So look at the schedule and start complainin'
Complain #1: I could not find the schedule.
Seriously, when should I bring PA, and when presentations end?
Anatoliy
Third opinion on the Realiser last night- we had Scott Wurcer over (our mini-Burning Amp), Jan ran the calibration procedure for him, he listened for a minute, took off the headphones and asked, "What does this cost?"
Seriously, how long will it take to mathematically synthesize a perfect point source speaker in any space and match it to your personal HTRF. I think passing around a dummy head for cross-correlation would sufice and obviate the need to travel to the desired venue. The market for speakers and amps is dead.

Anatoliy, Mark told me you need to bring the PA! Presentations and at 4 or before he says.
Jan
The market for speakers and amps is dead.
OTOH, the market for mems acceleration sensors just got a big boost
Jan
Update: I will bring these speakers!P.S. If I find enough spare space in the vehicle, I may bring a pair of nice MTM monitors based on Dynaudio Esotec drivers, along with speaker stands for them, but this may or may not happen.

Jan, I will set it up before 11am, for your presentation.
Sorry Jan, I could not help you. I lost Speakon-TS cables somewhere during Russsian Art Festival, so had to drive to Guitar Center to buy replacements. But I believe military training of your voice made it very strong!

Nelsons new project - 2 SITs and that is all folks. Next year will be single ended version with only one, and the year after none? And this is coming from the guy who made Beast with 1000 jFets...

Linear Systems team is awesome, and not just because of the fact that we could now buy exclusively through DIYAudio, N and P jFets...

Cool Burning Amp people are the reason to come to the show, not gear. In the group shoot are people responsible for making it all happen. My congrats Mark for pulling another excellent show.

Really cool glass was shown this year. And just to make sure why we named it Burning Amp...

And for the end, a real burning treasure. Linkwitz's system. Listening to these is event on its own.
Now that I am summarizing in my head today's show I came to interesting realization. In two rooms, two audio giants were sharing with us their vision of audio nirvana. They both achieved it with completely different approach. Nelson did it with two transistors, and Linkwitz did it with complete opposite, full multi amp system. Both systems were pure nirvana we all hope to achieve one day with our systems. These experiences are etched in my mind, that I will recall every time I would need to compare how something should sound.
This show owes a lot to great people who donated their talents, time and energy over the last seven years, and without them most likely would never succeed. Having Nelson Pass, Siegfried Linkwitz, Scott Wurcer, Linear Systems team, Jan Diden... at one place, having fun, was something beyond my dreams when we started Burning Amp seven years ago.
