Yes, as I'm a silly German . Additionally I've got an old and defunct Philips N 4418 reel-to-reel tape recorder today. After opening it I found a blocked counter and that nasty, annoying sticky goo that all four belts have converted to. Fixing this totally exhausts my mental capacity at the moment .

What "Scratch" singing nonsense? Haha

When he is using actual words Lee usually makes sense although it might take a few hours and a few tokes to get into his way of thinking but with this one he largely makes up words in a language only known to him.

A good friend of mine has a tape he made of Barry playing in a small club in Memphis in the late 60s. It turned out also that one of the local audiophiles had played drums on tour with him.

Was just reading some of the early posts in this thread and spotted this, i would imagine that the owner of that tape, if it still exists ,could potentially name his price one day (Barry being Manilow )
