The only tools you need to accomplish that are your system, your eyes and a ruler, why do you keep trying to complicate the procedure?

I dont have the time nor the place to do that.
The last time I set the system up at the shop the cops showed up in ten minutes.
The only time I can turn it up is at the show and I just what to make sure I dont over power the speakers, so I will make sure I am well under the max power for all the speakers not just the subs.
I am bringing ear muffs in case I can try to measher excursion.

Ya, Sometimes its hard to convince the boss of that. Believe me if I owned the system I would have spent a lot more testing time with it, someware.
