Soundigital Repairs

I have indeed. Unfortunately, this unit still sits on the shelf collecting dust as it does not want to work correctly even after having sent it to our local authorized SD repair facility. I’ve completely isolated the output drive signal from the mcu to the output section. The mcu only operates at a 22% duty cycle at idle. When increasing or decreasing dc voltage into the audio input the pulse width on the upper side will go the full range but the low side drops off to zero pulses once the high side reaches approximately 28%. It would seem the internal ramp generator does not function properly but the mcu is new. I’ll probably end up just reverse engineering the mcu.

Hello to all.
I can repair most of the SD amps, including the large 35K, and i can flash the micro to the latest software version.
In some cases i might be able to buy parts for technicians, but please, do not ask me about part numbers.
Due to legal agreements i am unable to disclose any such info.
Hi I like ask you if can I buy “flashed” micro IC
For my SD 5000.1D
Thanks.

im sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. i have a soundigital evo 8k and have not been able to find anyone that can work on them. I dont have enough technical knowledge to even diagnose the issue but would love to send it to you to have it fixed. please pm me if you are still repairing these! i cant pm you as i just created my account.

New to this site I was wondering if by any chance you had a picture or could just tell me where the two wires on the right top edge of the board go to. They are right next to the subwoofer output post soldered onto the board I have a 3000.1 evox2 amp and the output post where the subwoofer speaker wires bolt down to got loose on the main board. I fixed it once and they became loose again but this time I can't figure out where they went to
