Meanwhile the painting work is going on, I’m painting the feets for the cabinets made in 5mm height iron coated with black painting:

In the former picture we can see the crossover location in their placement.

Here we have the main components for the crossover fixed with mounting adhesive
Coils have been placed Ander Troels Gravesen’s directions: Placement of coils in crossover networks

I have been soldering the wires to be used.
First of all I will use OFC copper wires for teweeters and mids (16AWG) and OFC copper wire (12AWG) for woofers.
Later I will test some silver plated OFC copper wires with the same gauge for the hole system: TW, mids and woofers.

Maybe I will be able to pick up my cabinets tomorrow….

I have extensive photos, measurements and a complete schematic of the cross overs with values, but to respect SF IP I won't share with anyone. I was planning on building some clones myself but decided against it for something better. If you read some of my build post threads you might pick up the odd clue to some of the internal workings.

Agree to improve on the original I would also go external with the xover, that way it is an easy conversion to active.

Edit: by better I meant better drivers the Revelators in the Cremonas are nice but the Illuminators blow them out of the water, so if I was building a clone it wouldn't be using the original Revelators and definitely not the tweeter.
