Bravo Thimios, it's a great job!
Just one thing, if your fuses are breaking make sure you can change them easily.

:)

Easy fuse replacement.

Better resolvable links / index

The index in post #1 isn't useable if users change the number of posts to display on page:
Press the button "switch editor mode" upper right corner of edit window and directly edit using "vBulletin"-code.
Here an example with link and another example with a bold header line and a list of 1 entry.

HTML:

The link has variables added: variable "t=" is the database id 307972 of your SA2015 thread and variable "p=" is the database id 5082981 of the post #1 (the link behind the numbered posts 1 - 999 from right side). Between URL and /URL you can add an explanation text which is the link to the post. I edit my first post of every thread in a text file on my local computer in B-code and copy and paste the whole text on update...

Testing the housekeeping(protection)board.

Just to see how this work.
Two lamps instead of the transformers.
3 resistors(1K) in series with the 3 NTC because fault tempreture recognized under normal temperature conditions.
May be different value NTC configuration in software?
Two leds added parallel to relay coils.
DC sense looks good as a multimeter( in diode scale)connected between star gnd and one of sensing pin is enough to recognised as DC fault.
I haven't used a Power switch now, just momentary short Power On pins.
Is this a reason that delay isn't always the same?
The most times is about 25".but sometimes only 5".
Placing the hot soldering iron near the NTC recognized as temperature fault.
Next step will be the communication between housekeeping and PC.

Have you used 2.2k NTC?

The MCU is highly configurable:

  • 3 x temperature (+/- 3 degree accuracy with typically available 2-3% NTC)
  • DC detection sensibility
  • inrush current delay (typically 250ms)
  • mute delay (typically 2.5s) - output invert-able
  • forced re-powering delay 15 - 30 sec for resistors cooling and children safety
  • repower lock on failure

BR, Toni
