What is the preferable option for speaker return cable 1st or second?
The same for the MCU(housekeeping) star GND.
On the backplane green socket or direct on 0V PSU?

Second option. Keep the back panel star ground as clean from dirty currents as possible. Wire the RCA ground with a thick cable to the star ground left or right.

Wire the MCU ground with 22R to left star ground and with 22R to right star ground. This is only for DC detection needed.

Each channel RCA to each own channel star GND(PSU 0V)?
Starting from where, from RCA GND connector or from amplifier input connector?
This way?
Are you calling star gnd the power supply 0v?

RCA ground left direct to star ground left on backplane pcb. same again for other channel.
PSU zero/gnd is not the silent ground. Silent ground is on the backplane. Your picture is so far correct if you add the silent grounds near your RCA grounds.
