All well fitting but this cable isn't flexible at all.
I wonder if this stresh the connectors and give troubles.
Maybe something like this will be more suitable (flexible) but i don't know where i can find this.

What is the preferable option for speaker return cable 1st or second?
The same for the MCU(housekeeping) star GND.
On the backplane green socket or direct on 0V PSU?

Second option. Keep the back panel star ground as clean from dirty currents as possible. Wire the RCA ground with a thick cable to the star ground left or right.
Wire the MCU ground with 22R to left star ground and with 22R to right star ground. This is only for DC detection needed.

Starting from where,from RCA GND connector or from amplifier input connector?

Ok.looks good so far. maybe better if you wire the 22R mcu ground connection to each channel psu gnd to avoid any extra noise introduced by mcu supply.
And the speaker return?

Yes i will do,but the problem is where this auxiliary pcb will be mounted.Very nice!
Shortcircuit the 2 inner pins of AC1 socket. Use only the pin 1 and 4 of AC2 socket to get 12VAC for backplane relay circuit.
