I got a package in the mail! These look perfect but I had to do more. :D I looked up the datasheet and checked a couple of these on my BK-878 at 120Hz and capacitance is within datasheet spec, and I also ran a couple up to 63V and after a minute or so (datasheet says after five minutes) leakage current is also well within spec. I'm dreaming of making an overall cap tester that does these measurements and ripple current tests as well.

I'm running out of excuses not to make a chipamp!
