The scope doesnt work right trust me
when i power the amp up i got rid of the hissing noise but across the twisted wires i have 0 volts and the torriods get hot and the 337 t get red hot
wondering what i should check next i know its easier with a scope but mine isnt working

Repair work is MUCH easier with a scope.
I don't know what's happening. The 337 can't get any supply voltage unless the supply is working but the supply doesn't seem to be working because there is no voltage across the red and black wires. Did you place the black probe on the black wire and the red probe on the red wire (no probe on chassis ground)?
