It appears that they're also connected to U5, U15 and U6. I'd recommend replacing those regulators. There's no point in taking a chance that one is intermittently defective, considering the damage it causes when the amp fails.

One of the transformers gets warm also when amp is at idle with no outputs in it. Is this normal?

Replace U11. U5 may be defective but the output may not be as expected (looking at the input) due to the input being driven so close to the supply voltage.
