I got the transistors I needed to today and installed them.
Q103 : 3906
Q104 : 3906
Q105 : 3904
Q106 : 3904
Same voltage no change the old were definitely burnt. Still same 4.64v on q1000 & q1090
And q1001 & q 1091 9.20v
So removed the shorted outputs and used the 2x2 good transistors and sodered them in the right channel, and now have cystal clear audio. Waiting for some parts.
So with the outputs installed in the right channel alone cystal clear audio from that channel. I installed the new transistors into the left channel and it now has flashing in and out audio.
So the at the speaker terminal it's .946v then flashes to the -3??v and rght back up....I'm not sure what's going on twith it......what drives the outputs?
You need to check all of the 2000 series parts between the outputs and the driver board in front of the outputs. If the problem is not there, it could be on the driver board.
