Since you're so fond of argument from authority, I'll call ya on this one. if its clear, you'll be able show your reasoning based on your observations of what I know.
Could be, but this does indeed look a lot like another unsupported multiple claim.
So I remain unpersuaded. When I train people in persuasion skills, they frequently observe that making claims isn't persuasive - making observations though is, sometimes surprisingly so.
