what process do you use for making your PCB's? are they presensitized boards already with green coating?

I producing my pcb with process using laser printer, but i don’t know how translate description of technology in to English, sorry.

your PCB quality is very good.

I guess you also use the same method as I in using a soldering iron to "tin" and coat the copper with a thin layer of solder?

ah ic.. thats WHERE you get your parts... uhhmmm maybe just a limited value eh??

Even I , have a hard time getting 1/8 watt resistors...

Nice work! -- I notice you have not fitted any over voltage protection (OVP) -- do you not have any problems with busspumping if the output is short cicuit?

On my UcD (through hole, not SMD ) the -ve rail climbs 'lower' very quickly with a short circuit output, and usually destroys the low side FET!

Even with OVP fitted, it is not always protected --do you not have any problems with this?

RX5, The tinning procedure he is speaking of is called Tinnit. Do google search for Tinnit.

Yea me too, but I don't like using UV, so this tinning sound like heaven . Using just standered bulb,... that would be life

I dont use UV either... just plain ordinary flourescent bulb.. though using UV would speed up things.... 5-8mins for fluoro // 60secs for UV....

anyways, it still gets the job done...
