Thank you for schematic but I already have it. In service manual I have described all tree models but with only one schematic attached. On that schematic voltages are +90,+55,0,-55,-90 and I have found those voltages on my Max1500 but I do not know voltages on MAX2500 because it is not described separately in this service manual. On this sheme I see voltages +100,+55,0,-55,-100. Is it correct value for max2500?

Hi,

as it has the peak output voltage about 90V, the +/-100V as HV looks OK. Maybe it's bit higher, say 105-110 maximum.

I agree with you but I would like to know real voltages measured in MAX2500 amplifier because I am planing to change power transformer with one from behringer EP2500 and from this transformer I have voltages around +-110V DC on high sides. Low sides are around cca 55V DC. I must find the way how to make power supply for +-15V and I just want to be sure before I put this transformer in the amplifier and I want to avoid possible problems.

No it is OK transformer. I want to make some kind of upgrade on my MAX1500 to get MAX2500. I have already put 2 pairs of 2SC5200/2SA1493 with 0,22Ohm resistors, also replaced filter caps instead 4700uF put 12000uF and as I need more power I must put new transformer with higher voltages. Some of changes of resistors values I will do after I check possible new transformer. Every change of values for some parts that has be done are assigned in service manual and only voltages taht I have in service manual is +55.+90,0,-55,-90 but for higher power this voltage of 90V must be higher. In QSC and Behringer for this class amps this voltage is around 110V and I want to bu sure for PHONIC MAX2500.

Better buy a new amplifier.
