Since the bulk of the parts are from Mouser it is dead easy for anyone to cut-and-paste the relevant columns from the spreadsheet and drop them into the Mouser Project Generator.

I can't tell if you are saying it would be best for a group buy or just let people place their own orders? (I assume the latter?)

If a GB reached 100 mouser kits, the organiser would have to sort 7,700 components into handy labelled bags. I'm certainly not doing that :D
