Just another projector entusiast trying to make one for himself.Could you please post a few photos of the arrangement of the components inside your projector box ?
Also is the lcd placed vertically (standing upwards) or flat inside the box ?

your results are close to Hertz work and looking so good....... what is the diagnal size.
I am right now doing MOD my 15inch pj, and diagnal is 180 inch

my problem is although i used 400W bulb picture is not bright as like u
so please can u tell me what condenser lens and reflector lens should i use?

you change your back fresnel to 140mm...
change bulb to short arc 250w and then only you can effetively use condenser and reflector...

short arc lamp can be got locally..try phillips cdmt 250watts....very vaery hard to find..anyway try it..

reflector,condenser,250w short arc lamp,140mm back frenel can be got here...

but whats your lcd size....if its 15 inch...dont invest now...
you have to change everything..

think acordingly and proceed...btw mine is 10 inch lcd..
