Well after a little mixup with wiring up the right channel of my pre-amp (ie horribly screwed up the opamp pinouts...) I fixed my problem (and poped in a new opamp, just in case). And all I can say is WOW. Now I'm used to listening to a crap sony reciever, but I even tried it in place of my dads Sansui BA-3000 (with a CA-3000 power-amp) and it totally spanks it.
Just thought I'd say that I completely my first project (asside from loudspeakers) sucessfully
