Hi Manoj,
What happen with my amp,AUD900? It can not run at fully level. Capacitor 0.47uf at LC filter is burned. I am using BD139s,140s as totem. 2 pairs of IRFP4232 as output fets. TIP31 with 13vzener as bias power.
Hi OPOR,
use 474/400V for +/-85V supply and 474/600V for +/-140V supply(ie:: 4 times higher)

Hi All,
3 mistakes found on my PCB after resolved this its working fine.HF clarity so good compare to my single side design(fsw=250KHz). EMI is very less.No noise
attaching my Volume limiter with clip and sig indicator PCB

Hi Andrew,
AUD1000SD
Balanced IN
Volume Control
Protection:
DC Protect using relay(20A,5mS,2.7V sense)
Over Current +&- Rails
Thermal switch NC type
SUPPLY
35A Bridge Diode
2X 10000uF/80V
and Bias Supply
Only we need 50V-0V-50V AC 10A & 0V-12V AC 1A Transformer.
we can easily add limiter for AUD1000SD

Congrats Manoj! That looks very good...
Hi Jlester,
Thank you for the comment.
I am using 150V 130A MOSFET (MAx Supply Rail +/-72V)
For 2R Load OC sense 1K5 resistor to change For 34A
Now My AUD1000SD OC is 28.7A
Supply Rail +/-72V
Supply Rail for Max. Volume +/-68.6V
FTC RMS @4R 1176W
OC for 4R Load is 17A If i use 2R Load @MID Volume no problem increase this level OC active and it will trip
I check all levels like short SP line, max Volume point on 2Hr. and remove earth wire on signal input @ max volume point, touch TL071 osc point...etc My MOSFET is survive no issues, No heat
It is Better for All
