I disconnected the power supply from ... PCB ... I measured the voltage on the capacitors directly, + 74 and -84,it is strange, even on the other power measurement + 73 - 84?? you think it is a problem of the capacitors? ..... I do not understand
what is the reading when psu is unloaded? just caps...
that is indeed strange reading, it could be the circuit making that effect,
so isolate the amp for the meantime and check with just the caps on the psu...

can you draw a scheme how you wired up your psu?
amp modules are disconnected as you measured those voltages?

here I am ....., combined yellow and black on red and orange I read 114V, red only read 56.5 V, 56.5 V only orange I read ... so it seems correct ... right? .... I checked the voltage on the + Vcc and-Vcc, all connected normally, starts ok +76 - 75, after a few minutes it is already +85 and -65, + 105 and get up - 55 ....
