The page from where you purchased the ICs had a datasheet. The datasheet identifies pin 1. Pin 1 goes to the white dot. I didn't think answering this question was necessary since I didn't see it until after you stated that you installed them.
Not knowing where you had your probes (black and red and if relevant, on which terminals of which IC), it's impossible to use the voltages that you posted.

This is a photo of the same model but it's not the same as yours. For example, R178 is missing in your amp and doesn't appear to have been installed. As you can see, there is a trace in place of the resistor on Q111.

These are the parts that failed when the outputs failed on one amp I repaired. Check them (mainly regulator and resistor) in your amp.
