Having problems with the output stage, replaced both drivers with original parts. All power supply fets 3205's healthy. Moved on to the output stage replaced the irs20925 (with one I had) and all the 52N15's. It's been so long can anyone verify the output for this amplifier and the OEM power supply mosfets.?

That's what I used buy I have 4.32vdc at the speaker terminal. The soic8 drivers are both new. I believe it's the ic. Do u know which I/c this amp uses in the output section?

The driver IC is an IRS2092S.

That's what I used, it may have not been good. So waiting for for a new one to arrive. That should sorry out my issues, thanks perry.

They are easy to damage with too much heating when installing them.

So installed a new ic today same outcome. -4.37v at the speaker terminals. Anyone know what else it could be?

If you connect a dummy load or a high power woofer to the speaker terminals and power the amp up, do you still get DC voltage across the speaker terminals?

It just drew 4amps of current and heated up the power supply with the dummy resistor connected and stayed at 1-1.7vdc across the speaker terminals.

still struggling with this amp. i have -4.54vdc at the speaker terminals. i been tested smd components all day. What should i have for dc offset?

The DC offset will typically be well below 0.1v DC. It's controlled by the 2092.

Find the equivalent points in your circuit as those indicated in the drawing. With the black probe on pin 2, what is the DC voltage on those points.

-5vdc on the side closest to the ic and the other side of the capacitor 0vdc

If I have done this correctly, I have. -5vdc orange and -.85vdc at the red point.

Is the IC functioning well enough to drive the output FETs rail-rail?

Does it produce an audio signal (no load) at the speaker terminals?

Ic is new perry. It a auirs2092s. I very carefully sodered it in. The drivers are original as well aslo new. The output mosfets are questionable. I had them and can't remember if they are from a reputable seller or not.? I'm checking on the audio now.

No audio, perry and was making a clicking sound from the ic. area fast clicking.

Do you have 12v between pins 10 and 12?

The power supply is heating up and drawing current all of the sudden now. The fets got hot.

What is the drive frequency at the output pin of the PS driver IC?

It was the output section causing the problem the suppy by itself is up and running all fets cool. Not home at the min, but when I tested pins 10-12-. Of the output ic I had negative voltage. No outputs in the amp
