i had to adjust a bit to get the fold right in the first part of the horn.
you now have a ripple of 1/2 db or so,

fr/tal is damping matherial.
the input in post 73 is ok but the fr is off.you should get fr like post 63(fr graph post 63 is corrected now)
maybe reinstal hr?

Post 63 and 73 spl chart look different, so which one is the bass cab will produce when built Post 63 spl chart or post#73 spl chart. Just trying to get it clear.

to get things clear,if you put the hr data from post 64 in hr,you should get fr graph of post 63, and thats is the one i moddeled.
